Marriage Validation
- Marriage must be legally registered in Indonesia (via Catatan Sipil or Religious Court)

- Same-sex marriages are not recognized

- Indonesian spouse must have:
- Valid KTP (electronic ID card)
- Family Card (KK) with marital status updated
- Minimum monthly income of Rp 10 million (or equivalent in assets)
